How it works

The telephone number is used to dial and listen to recent recorded messages, and also
to record and send out a new message to group members.
The system dials members mobile and landline phone numbers and plays the recorded
voice message, while simultaneously sending a text version by email and SMS.
The console enables you to manage members details such as the
telephone numbers and email addresses to send the broadcasts to. Here you can also
manage preference controls such as who is allowed to send new messages and whether
you want each new message to be vetted prior to sending out.
