Call Logger

Call Logger records, intercepts and archives important telephone conversations for mission critical call centres.

Features

Intercepts telephone calls, records and stores the audio of conversations.

Each audio file is stored with a unique ID number for ease of later retrieval.

Audio can be automatically moved off to an external storage facility on a regular basis.

Reports are pro-actively sent to the site manager each day, week, month (or other) showing details of call volumes, durations, audio files and storage space.

Custom reports are also available.

Installation

Call Logger is installed on your site between your PBX and the outside world telephone network.

The system supports a large range of protocols for most countries, most notably ISDN, SS7, CAS and VoIP.
